About the department:
The IT department within BYD Europe is responsible for Internal system Development. One of the important tasks of their IT department is to conduct analysis of request, internal company process and testing of business IT systems.
As a BA, your responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process.
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users.
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems.
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent English and mandarin speaking, other European language is a plus.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured and goal-oriented attitude.
- Analytical, curious and proactive mindset
