About the Department:
The MD Office is dedicated to providing business analysis and comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director of BYD Europe, with the goal of enhancing the company’s efficiency and fostering its development. Its primary responsibilities include delivering timely business insights such as sales performance dashboards and market trends analysis, managing executive schedules, facilitating internal communications, overseeing critical ongoing projects, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data, and undertaking special assignments when required.
Role Summary:
As the Business Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless operation of our projects by addressing issues and inquiries, documenting progress, and communicating resolutions internally and externally. You will manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing work demands while maintaining clear communication. you will play a crucial role in communication and coordination to ensure effective implementation of directives and alignment with organizational goals.
Main responsibilities:
- Track the Department’s tasks and projects, prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks, providing operational assistance including actively engaging in team meetings, documenting discussions, tracking task progress, and optimizing task efficiency across teams and departments.
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking and writing skills, capable of creating visually appealing data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations, to convey insights to the superior effectively.
- Organization of internal and external company meetings, ensuring timely communication with the parties involved, managing reservations, etc.
- Other things assigned by the superior.
Key Objectives:
- Department’s tasks and projects tracking, regularly produce task/project reports.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for business growth. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Meeting arrangements and document management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions and strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- • Master's degree or above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in consulting, automotive industry marketing, sales analytics, channel management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates with a certain level of design skills are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and capacity to maintain effective partnerships and professional relationships in various cultural & organizational contexts.Excellent planning, organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, responsible.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
• Chinese (Mandarin) speaker, working level on speaking & writing in English, preferably Excellent/Native speaking & writing in French Spanish, or Italian.
