The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
As Digital Marketing Specialist - Website Analytics you will:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and translating web data into actionable insights. Your expertise in web analytic tools and data-driven decision-making will help drive website performance improvements, optimize user experiences, and support our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Data collection and monitoring:
- Communicate with our dealership partners in multiple countries to collect and analyze website performances in each region;
- Implement and manage web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ensuring comprehensive and accurate data collection for multi-country websites.
Analysis and reporting:
- Create and optimize reporting systems and dashboards to suit business requirements;
- Generate automated regular website performance reports to business stakeholders for key metrics;
- Work closely with website and IT colleagues to plan, execute and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements, such as landing pages, contact forms and CTAs.
Tagging and datalayer:
- Implement and maintain tagging solutions for our websites to ensure proper tracking of our campaign performances;
- Work closely with website and IT colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve data layer related issues;
- Provide input to improve and update our tag management and cookie privacy program.
Key Results:
- Regular comprehensive website performance reports with actionable insights;
- In-depth analysis reports with attribution data to guide and optimize ad campaigns;
- Improving lead generation and customer acquisition of BYD websites with data insights in Europe.
Your profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in web analytics and tagging management, particularly for multi-country websites in Europe;
- Excellent communicator in English is mandatory;
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including multi-site data collection and analysis;
- Excellent with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills;
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results;
