About the role 

International Human Resources Department is looking for a Compensation and Benefit  (C&B) Supervisor for Europe Region. As a C&B Supervisor, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining an attractive, competitive, and compliant compensation and benefits landscape, significantly contributing to employee engagement and the overall success of the organization in Europe.

The Compensation & Benefits Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's compensation packages remain competitive and align with market trends, while also managing costs effectively within the organization's budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Plan Design & Management: Craft and oversee the company's compensation strategies, including base pay, performance bonuses, and other incentive plans.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the company's compensation and benefits remain competitive and attractive.
  3. Budget Management: Collaborate in setting and managing compensation budgets, ensuring efficient cost control.
  4. Benefits Program Oversight: Administer and optimize employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare initiatives.
  5. Policy Development and Revision: Develop and update compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and alignment with market best practices.
  6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analyses and create compensation reports to support management decision-making.
  7. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with local HR Business Partners to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits systems.
  9. Internal Training: Regularly conduct internal training sessions to disseminate information on compensation and benefits policies.
  10. Payroll Coordination: Liaise with various departments to handle employee salary data and maintain a good relationship with payroll companies; verify payroll invoices monthly to ensure accurate salary disbursement.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with European compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Skills: Strong data analysis, communication, and negotiation skills; excellent team collaboration, stress management, and learning abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Language: English proficiency for professional communication; Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • Travel: Open to travel as per job requirements
