Position Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, rich hands-on experience, and a strong team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing accurate and detailed job descriptions;
- Publishing job ads on various channels;
- Screening job applications based on established criteria;
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders;
- Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers;
- Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation;
- Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records;
- Hosting and participating in job fairs;
- Ensuring compliance with all Turkish employment regulations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Fluency in English and Turkish. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines;
- Familiarity with Turkish labor laws.
