Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;
Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent English and Chinese speaking, Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
