About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and updating sales databases.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation.
    • Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, providing necessary information and support to potential clients.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales-related information.
    • Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, addressing client queries, and resolving issues.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
    • Assist in compiling and analyzing data to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Communication:
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
    • Prepare and disseminate internal communications, updates, and reports.

Your Profile

  • Graduate student (at least BAC+4) in marketing, business management or related field.
  • Excellent oral / written communication skill in both French and English is mandatory. Chinese or other European languages will be a plus.
  • Strong data collection and analytical skills, Back-office capabilities, a spirit of analysis and synthesis, with the ability to extract and present critical insights.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all technical teams and disciplines.
  • Passion for NEVs and sustainability.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driving license B or equivalent driving license for passenger cars.
