About the role
Join our international team as a Key Account Product Manager, where you will be the bridge between the local markets, the product team, and the international Key Account team. The role you will take on is very diverse and includes tasks such as monitoring, managing, documenting, and improving all Key Account product-related matters that occur in Europe, including Key Account managing product introductions for KA customers and participate product launch team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the needs from the Key Account business into product development and improvement;
- Monitoring and gathering lease and MSRP price developments in the European markets and providing advice to the Product and Key Account team;
- Participating in the European product launch team and representing the needs of the Key Account department;
- Visiting with the International Key Account Managers the Captive Lease Companies, residual value companies, and other important partners of BYD to ensure the right products and prices in the markets;
- Developing SWOT analysis for each BYD model;
- Developing and maintaining a professional reporting system;
- Developing and presenting to Key Account customers during product launches, customer meetings, residual value studies, and also for Key Account sales teams training programs;
- Creating competitor analyses, product positioning analysis, and frequent updates of product incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a study related to product management, or more than 4 years working experience in the field of product management, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Good skill to translate commercial complex challenges into simple solutions;
- Good English skills both verbally and in writing;
- Good reporting and planning skills;
- Structured, process- and problem-solving oriented;
- Analytical, curious and proactive mindset;
- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good project leadership, able to challenge work pressure;
- Willing to travel regularly.
