We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to be part of our After sales team, based in Hounslow BYD London Office, and will be required to travel.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project completion.
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot administrative issues, developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a business support role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to help and a team-oriented approach.
- Has right-to-work in the UK.
