About the department:
The Service Digitalization Department is responsible for the business planning for digital systems and for aftersales information construction and management. As well as managing and implementing the aftersales systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for building the operation and maintenance solution of the BYD European after-sales digital systems, in order to ensure the stability, security and reliability of the platform.
- Responsible for the daily upgrade and deployment of after-sales digital systems to ensure efficient, unified, and stable version release work.
- Perform trouble shouting on incidents and problems created by customers & key users. Support HQ team to continuously improve the quality of new releases.
- Responsible for deployment of monitoring platform & Tools. Regularly optimizing the monitoring processes and solutions.
- Develop and maintain local technical and business procedures related documentations.
- Provide Technical training to newly joined team members.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in software engineering, computer science, communication engineering, electronic information engineering and other related majors.
- Fluent English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance/delivery of IT platforms related to the automotive industry such as DMS, SAP, WMS, SAP, CRM, etc.
- Proficient in server hardware, familiar with SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle database. Good at performance optimization for database-related issues;
- Experience on Large-scale server administration & database maintenance. Solid knowledge on network configuration and cyber security.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
