About the role:
The Business Analyst is responsible for implementing different IT-related projects in Europe, based on best practices in HQ in China and local needs. You will work closely with HQ-China, and EU region teams and provide internal and external support to business users and partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process.
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users.
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems.
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent English and Mandarin speaking. Other European language are considered a plus.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organizational skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured and goal oriented attitude.
- Analytical, curious and proactive mindset.
