About the role
The Remarketing Manager is responsible for process management of buying back cars from Hedin/Sixt.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the used car defleeting planning process, coordinating with related resources/suppliers based on the customer's flexible requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams (After Sales, Spare Parts) and customers to define a standard for inspection and damage evaluation.
- Directly responsible for overseeing the used car inspection and necessary refurbishment process with suppliers.
- Regularly reviewing KPIs with related suppliers to ensure the best outcomes from the collaboration.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive refurbishment operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a Technology management role.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive refurbishment processes, quality control standards, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skills.
