Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Framework Development & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end HR compliance system design, covering labor practices, compensation & benefits, data privacy (GDPR), anti-corruption, and business ethics.
- Develop and update policy documents (e.g., Employee Handbook, Compliance Guidelines) to align with Chinese regulations and international standards.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits to identify risks (e.g., contract loopholes, abnormal social insurance contributions) and drive corrective actions.
- Establish risk early-warning mechanisms and contingency plans for labor disputes or collective litigation.
- Compliance Training & Culture Building
- Design and deliver company-wide compliance training (anti-harassment, data security, ethics) to enhance employee awareness.
- Provide specialized guidance to management and HR teams (e.g., non-compete agreements, cross-border workforce management).
- Cross-functional Collaboration & External Liaison
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure HR systems (attendance, payroll) meet data privacy and security requirements.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external counsel to lead compliance reviews and certifications.
- Global Compliance Support
- Support international expansion by researching local labor laws (e.g., U.S. FLSA, EU Transparency Directive) and designing localized compliance strategies.
- Oversee compliance operations for overseas subsidiaries to align global policies with local practices.Job Requirements (JR)
Job Requirements (JR)
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Preferred certifications: Legal Qualification Certificate.
- Experience
- 5+ years in HR compliance/legal compliance, with proven experience in building at least 1 full-cycle compliance framework.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese labor law, social insurance policies, and cross-border employment regulations. Multinational or publicly listed company experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in compliance audit tools (e.g., risk assessment matrix).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP) and data analytics tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI).
- Soft Skills
- Risk Sensitivity: Ability to anticipate regulatory impacts (e.g., gig economy policies, tax reforms).
- Communication & Influence: Translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams.
- Multitasking: Manage stakeholders under high pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Global HR Experience in highly regulated industries;
- Fluency in English (for cross-border compliance or contract review);
