About the role:
We are looking for a Commercial Planning Specialist to join BYD Italy. The perfect candidate will have an attitude for following policies, have a confident communication manner, and perform all tasks with sales & customer satisfaction in mind.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, supervising and controlling NSC sales promotion campaigns to secure Sales Target
- Communication of the sales campaigns to the Dealer Network
- Sales promotion budget reporting on regular basis
- Verification and audit on documentation collected from Dealers and/or other sales channels
- Development and creation of analysis tools for planning the budget to be allocated for commercial actions.
- Customer Satisfaction (NPS) policy drafting, refining, publishing and implementing, and interpretation.
- Dealer's KPI reviewing and its performance assessment on a regular base, NPS standard checking and sorting, identifying weak point of performance for improvements. .
- Working closely with Sales Department & Finance Department to ensure smooth alignment with the Dealer Network
- Other related contingent tasks and assignments.
Your profile:
- At least 3+ years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Extended PC user skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT).
- Fluent Italian & English language skills, Chinese language is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
