The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
As Marketing Manager - Key account you will:
The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Department Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement marketing activities in order to create, sustain and nurture solid relationships with key accounts, and increase customer satisfaction by working closely with the Sales, European Marketing team and Key accounts.
The position directly benefits sales and marketing teams by increasing key accounts advocacy (including referrals, written and video testimonials, references), identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Key account relationships
- Plan, execute and analyze marketing programs for key account segments through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, and direct mail.
- Develop and identify specific B2B channels for promotion of BYD, Create events programme to increase touch-points between brand and customers.
- Build rapport with key accounts to increase cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Develop marketing objectives, develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and programs for key accounts, evaluate the response of key accounts to marketing policies, and ensure the satisfaction of key accounts.
- participate in developing and evaluating marketing and events programme budgets, costs, revenues, etc.
Fulfillment of Key account requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key accounts in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Coordinating all departments involved in creating the goods or services that are to be delivered to key accounts, to ensure that large customer needs and requirements are met.
- Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams.
Effectiveness of Key account marketing
- Analyze client performance, marketing effectiveness, and identify key learnings and action items for success.
- Utilize key account metrics and produce regular progress and forecasting reports.
Your profile:
- University Degree in Marketing, Sales, business administration or relevant field.
- Solid Experience in marketing and or as key account manager in Automotive industry or relevant field .
- 5+ years of experience in roles related to customer service, account management, or marketing experience in the automotive industry or relevant field.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
- Effective and eloquent communication in English is mandatory (Other European languages and/or Mandarin Chinese would be a plus).
