General Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in collecting HR-related data for the department, such as recruitment, training, performance, and attendance.
  • Communicate and implement personnel arrangements for the company and the division within the department.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and provide guidance during their orientation.
  • Manage departmental activity funds and organize employee care events within the department.
  • Responsible for procuring, registering, and maintaining departmental fixed assets and office equipment.
  • Be familiar with internal reimbursement policies and provide guidance to department personnel.
  • Handle other administrative tasks within the department.

Qualifications

  • Any degree, any major.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible work ethic.
  • Proficient English written skills, Chinese language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HR and administrative work is a plus.
