Responsibilities
- Collaborate in collecting HR-related data for the department, such as recruitment, training, performance, and attendance.
- Communicate and implement personnel arrangements for the company and the division within the department.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and provide guidance during their orientation.
- Manage departmental activity funds and organize employee care events within the department.
- Responsible for procuring, registering, and maintaining departmental fixed assets and office equipment.
- Be familiar with internal reimbursement policies and provide guidance to department personnel.
- Handle other administrative tasks within the department.
Qualifications
- Any degree, any major.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible work ethic.
- Proficient English written skills, Chinese language is a plus.
- Previous experience in HR and administrative work is a plus.
