Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for formulating recruitment plans, training schemes, personnel systems, etc.
- Convey human resource management policies, directions, and implementation methods, and collect feedback information for analysis.
- Participate in various recruitment activities to achieve recruitment goals.
- Supervise, guide, and execute the development of each module of human resource management.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related major, and have more than three years of experience in human resources; be proficient in English or Chinese for work.
- Be familiar with employee onboarding, offboarding, and social insurance.
- Be proficient in operating computers and using various office software.
- Be familiar with various recruitment channels and recruitment processes, and master good interview skills.
- Possess better expression, communication, organization, coordination abilities, time management skills, and affinity.
- Have good learning ability.
