Key Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps and risks in EHS processes and systems in accordance with group regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain environment Occupational health and Safety system that complies with our company guideline and Turkey legal requirement.
- Provide training and support to factory personnel on EHS related regulations and technologies.
- Be responsible for obtaining, updating and maintaining EHS related equipment and special operation personnel permits required by Türkiye's laws and regulations.
- Be responsible for supplier management and ensure that the supplier's work in the factory meets the requirements of the Group and Türkiye's EHS regulations
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Environmental or Safety Engineering or related fields；
- More than 3 years of EHS work experience or at least 1 year of EHS work experience in large multinational enterprises
- English can be used for communication；
- Skilled in interpersonal communication；
- Must obtain Türkiye Environmental Manager Certificate or Class B Safety and Occupational Health Qualification Certificate；
- Excellent EHS management experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry will be given priority.
