Training Support Specialist

About the role:

Mainly responsible for supporting the training department in the communication, coordination, supervision and implementation of various operations, feedback and programed development work, for the normal operation of the European after-sales training business to provide a strong guarantee.
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Serving in the daily work of training material development: including contacting with the training related personnel of the dealership shops in the European market and the implementation of the follow-up training management in the European market.
  • Manage the training and other project management of courses involving local suppliers in Europe.
  • Participate in the management of training-related personnel (communication/coordination/support and assistance).
  • Administrative support, management of materials and equipment for the European training center.
  • Documentation and information gathering and organizing minutes of meetings etc.
  • Assist in the development of the lists of training requirements and training plan.
  • Develop training handover guidelines, design training quality feedback and training reports.
  • Research and analysis of business needs, identification of after-sales training objectives and after-sales training needs.
  • Collect and collate feedback from the dealer end on training improvement needs and record them as training system/content/mode optimization and enhancement.
  • Compile information to summarize and report on the status of the project.
  • Other work arranged by the leader.

    Qualification and requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above. Engineering education background or relevant working experience will be considered a plus.
    • Good at activity organization. Management skills will be a plus.
    • Fluent communication in English. Chinese and other European languages will be considered a plus.
    • Adaptable to international working environment.
    • Team player, good communication and coordination skills.
