Asset Management Specialist to join our Auto manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of investment asset management, establish systems, and create management documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in investment project approvals, assessing feasibility, necessity, and data integrity.
- Manage process control and changes for investment projects, including schedule, budget, and plan modifications.
- Conduct completion reviews, final acceptance, and closure evaluations, ensuring compliance with budget and project goals.
- Maintain the fixed asset ledger, supervise implementation, and track asset utilization.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or financial control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with asset management systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
