The sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for Go-to-market strategy, quality sales network development, service coverage, product introduction, as well as dealer management in Europe for BYD passenger car business, with the aim to build strong network to bring ultimate value and satisfaction to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
1. Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.
2. Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans;
3. Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
4. Prospect new business opportunities within B2B channel for Fleet Business at National Level.
5. Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
6. Follow up our NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys and any check that customer feedback is treated with maximum priority with network.
7. Support to define products launching plan and range expansion for Polish market.
8. See to the execution of commercial plan and market campaign by the dealers.
Main requirements:
1. Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing related education;
2. Solid working experience as Sales Manager in Automotive industry or Retail Manager in Automotive industry;
3. Proven experience within automotive industry is a must;
4. Solid Financial knowledge;
5. Customer-oriented mindset;
6. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills;
8. Resilient, Agile and Open minded;
9. Results oriented;
10. Great negotiation skills;
11. Excellent English and Polish language skills;
12. Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
