About the Department
Planning&commerce department is a key link in BYD's supply chain system. We are committed to tasks such as demand forecasting, production factory docking, European market docking, and distribution plan. Our mission is to ensure a smooth process from manufacturing to delivery of BYD products, provide customers with efficient and reliable services, and provide strategic support for the company's global business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare compliance documents in accordance with established processes and regulations.
- Upload completed documents to the appropriate digital governmental platform.
- Coordinate and manage issues that arise during the process, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to relevant parties.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian. Chinese is a plus.
- Effective communicator and team player
