Job Title: Project Management Intern
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and perform market analysis to support ongoing projects, to produce comprehensive reports, summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Assist in creating presentations and briefing documents for stakeholders, detailing project progress, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Assist the project management team in tracking the progress of various projects to ensure they meet deadlines and stay within scope and budget.
- Update project plans and schedules as required, coordinating with team members to identify potential bottlenecks and propose solution.
- Provide administrative assistance by organizing and maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the project, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Provide ad-hoc project support as needed, taking on various roles depending on project demands and urgency.
Skills Required:
- Master degree; Preferably with related job or industry experience.
- Proficiency in French, English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Preferably with Driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
