Business Analyst (Chinese Speaking)

About the department:

IT Dept. is responsible for IT infrastructure and Business system, such as  help desk, network constructure, information security and sales management system, etc.

As Business Analyst you will:

1. Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
2. Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
3. Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
4. Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
5. Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;

Your profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent English and mandarin speaking, other European language is a plus.
2. Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
3. 1 years of business system related work experience.
4. Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Structured and goal oriented attitude
6. Analytical, curious and proactive mindset
