Position Overview:
BYD UK NSC is seeking an HR Intern with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude to support our rapidly expanding passenger vehicle business team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in interview arrangement and coordination.
2. Assist in the on-boarding process for new employees.
3. Assist in supporting and organizing training project.
4. Assist in the development and organization of various activities.
5. Assist in organizing team-building activities and reimbursing expenses.
6. Assist HR department in preparing report materials.
7. Assist HR department in data analysis and document translation.
8. Communicate with other departments as a coordinator.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place.
Available to start working from Oct 2024 (Full time or Part time)
Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
