About the role:
To further reinforce BYD’s development in overseas markets, we are looking for a Planning Specialist for the passenger cars business of BYD UK.
Location: Uxbridge - UB8
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Putting vehicle data into the RAV system.
- Issue invoices for delivered cars.
- Input ready-for-delivery cars into the MSA file or CRM system.
- Manages PO payback from dealerships.
- Contribute to or submit various reports & summaries.
- Assist the IT team in designing the CRM system concerning the operational department.
- Other related contingent tasks and assignments by the Line Manager.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skills, and Chinese language skills are beneficial.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance/Accounting.
- Skilled in MS software, especially for Excel, Word, and PPT.
- At least 2 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Relevant legal knowledge.
- Structured, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset.
- Has right-to-work in the UK
