Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Romanian labor laws and organizational standards.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for senior roles, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance review processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities comply with Romanian labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal policies. Handle issues related to employee contracts, compensation, and terminations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and track key HR metrics.
- Change Management: Lead or support HR-related change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, or new policy implementations.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to improve organizational morale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international or Romanian organization.
- Deep understanding of Romanianlabor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior management and employees at all levels.
- Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluent in English and Romanian (both written and spoken). Chinese and other languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
