Key Responsibilities:
- Build second-tier legal compliance management systems, approve internal policies plans for the third-tier legal compliance management system.
- Manage external legal resources regarding compliance, optimize processes and enhance efficiency while reducing costs.
- Organize internal training, conduct compliance self-check assessments, and oversee the implementation of the compliance policies.
- Stay abreast of developments in the regulatory landscape inculding relevant legislation and enforcement.
- Liaise with local regulatory authorities, manage compliance crsis incidents.
- Support and assist with other compliance-related tasks.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in overseas legal compliance risk management experience (emphasis on data protection, human rights and forced labor, export controls, anti-trust, anti-bribery,etc.).
- Familiar with EU legal compliance management policies and practices.
- Highly self-motivated, strong in coordination and organizational skills, diligent and responsible, with a proactive and ambitious approach.
- English can be used as working language.
