The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
About the position:
We are looking for a content executive (Specialist) to join our marketing team in BYD Poland. The ideal candidate will experience in managing creative supply and the necessary formats for full funnel paid media campaigns. This role will work be part of our inhouse paid media team responsible for supplying the creative required to launch all paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Content Supply: working with the content creation team and paid media team to ensure all the correct formats are created and delivered on time to launch paid media campaigns
- Feedback on performance of creative and work with content team to optimize creative for better performance
- A/B Creative testing – work with paid media team to set up creative testing to improve paid media campaign performance in driving web traffic and lead generation
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (digital, social media, various services) and the dealer network to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
- Analysis and Optimization: In collaboration with the wider marketing team, analyse content performance and propose recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion on creative aspects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative supply / account management
- Strong understanding of trends and best practices in digital marketing and content.
- Understanding of paid media campaigns and set up
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Ability to analyze and report on content performance.
