About the Aftersales Department:

The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.

This is including, but not limited to providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.

The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.

The Customer Key Account Support Specialist for the Aftersales Department is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in the commercial vehicle sector. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction through effective aftersales support, and driving customer loyalty. The specialist will work closely with key clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and coordinate aftersales services to enhance overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and manage all customer needs effectively.
  • Organize and oversee customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage customer meetings, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Support the preparation of accounts payable and receivable reports.
  • Assist with verifying timely bank payments.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements for individual contracts.
  • Address and resolve customer issues while protecting the company's interests.
  • Audit penalties when they occur and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality is maintained, particularly in sensitive situations.
  • Verify compliance with contract obligations, company policies, and regulations.

Your profile:

    • High school diploma or higher.
    • Relevant experience in customer care and contract management is preferred; candidates with significant experience will be given priority.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
