The HR assistant Intern will be part of the HR department and will support HRBP's in recruitment coordination, training and employee care. He or she will act as a liaison person with various departments to assist HRBP in handling daily operations work. Internship duration: 3 to 6 months.

Main responsibility:

1. Responsible for JD confirmation and job post, preliminary screening or quick search of candidates , and assisting in arranging interviews and follow up.
2. Assist in maintaining new employees' access to the HR system, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
3. According to HRBP' onboarding plan, coordinate with various departments to make training preparations and follow up the progress, and assist in training implementation.
4. Make monthly or quarterly plans for employee care, assist HRBP in organizing collective activities for employees, to establish a harmonious and united working atmosphere.
5. Assist in handling HR daily operations, timely initiate and follow up various processes to ensure the sustainable development of employees' life cycle.
6. Assit in meeting coordination and internal and external communication.
7. Other task assigned by HRBP.

Your Profile

1. Master degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology or Business administration, preferably with HR related work or internship experience
2: Chinese is mandatory, proficiency both in English and French.
3. Easy-going, excellent communication and coordination ability.
4. Capable of working in a multi-task and multi-role environment, interested in global HR work;
5. Strong self-driving force, quick adaptation, learning and hands-on ability.
6. With knowledge in the French labour law or relevant way of working.
7. Automotive enthusiasts
