Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role functions as both COE and SSC department head, focusing on strategies and policy development, HR compliance, compensation & benefits, performance management, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a thorough understanding of HR frameworks, and the ability to manage complex HR processes.

 Key Responsibilities:

    • Policy Development and Implementation: Ensure the landing of the HQ's policies, developing HR strategies such as time & attendance, compensation & benefits, and labor relations, etc. 
    • Shared Services Center Management: Build up the SSC HR team, and manage the HR processes, including but not limited to the recruitment, onboarding, relocation, and leaving of both local hires and expatriates. 
    • HR Compliance: Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to legal and company standards. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 
    • Establish an effective and efficient communication channel, connecting with HQ on time, identifying trends and recommending improvements to the HQ based on regulation changes and the HQ's growth strategy. 
    • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR. Manufacturing industry, OEM, or greenfield factory work experience is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish. The knowledge of Chinese is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws and international HR practices. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem analytical and solving skills.
