Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including employee transfers, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, contract management, data analysis, and preparing HR reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage and coordinate employee transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees moving between departments or locations.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and necessary documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Contract Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee agreements and documentation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
