Position Overview: 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including employee transfers, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, contract management, data analysis, and preparing HR reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage and coordinate employee transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees moving between departments or locations.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and necessary documentation.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Contract Management:

  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee agreements and documentation.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and policies.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
