Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support various HR functions, including data analysis, document management, recruitment, and event planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and data processing capabilities to ensure the efficient operation of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze HR data, generate various reports, and provide data support and decision-making recommendations.
- Track and analyze employee performance and satisfaction data, assisting in the development of improvement plans.
Document Management
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, onboarding documents, and training records.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR documents in compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Recruitment
- Participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and evaluating candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring departments to understand job requirements and assist in developing recruitment strategies and plans.
Employee Engagement
- Organize and coordinate various internal employee activities, such as team-building events, holiday celebrations, and employee training sessions.
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and optimization of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager with other daily tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on HR data analysis or recruitment being an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Team player with a meticulous and responsible attitude.
