Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop partners' service preparation, execution, and performance assessment. Ensure annual service targets and goals are achieved, steering partners' continuous service level improvement.
- Conduct regular visits to regional dealers, organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners, and review business plans. Be responsible for after-sales project development, execution, and assessment.
- Secure the quality of our service network through timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials.
- Follow up on regional customer satisfaction (NPS), assist partners in resolving customer complaints promptly, and manage goodwill authorizations.
- Coordinate spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steer parts service level improvement.
- Support regional after-market activities and service campaign implementation.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with professional thinking and working skills acquired through education and work experience.
- Experience as a After Sales Manager within an OEM environment (mobility, preferably automotive).
- Proven leadership skills; at least 5 years of managerial experience is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad (including potential trips to China), approximately 25% of your time.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish (native speaker level). Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Customer service experience in the automotive industry.
- Affinity with and knowledge of electric mobility.
