About the Department:
The Parts Inventory & Logistics department is responsible for taking care of the inbound of Spare parts imported from HQ and part of the outbound/Cross trade LTL/FTL/Express shipment. The Department is also responsible for implementation of the effective goods movement, coordination and to be sure that the shipment is arranged in efficient and cost competitive manners.
As General Assistant you will:
- Manage department mission list and project progress update.
- Enhance communication between teams through coordinating meeting follow-ups and information integration.
- Receive and organize company or department level tasks, and manage respective deadlines.
- Assist department manager with general administrative work.
- Assist with department agenda maintenance and policy implementation.
- Perform ad hoc tasks in the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
- Well organized and enjoys using technology to improve work efficiency.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, advanced level of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and execution ability; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
