About the role
Join our international team as a Key Account Product Specialist responsible for coordinating local markets, the Product team, and the International Key Account team. The role you will take on includes tasks and responsibilities such as monitoring, managing, documenting, and improving all Key Account product-related matters occurring in Europe, including managing product introductions for KA customers and participating in the product launch team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the needs from the Key Account business into product development and improvement;
- Monitor and gather lease and MSRP price developments in the European markets and provide advice to the Product and Key Account team;
- Participate in the European product launch team handling and leading the Key Account department needs.
- Coordinate with the International Key Account Managers, Captive Lease Companies, residual value Companies, and Country Product Managers of BYD to ensure the right products and prices in the markets;
- Work with the HQ and Country Product Managers to develop SWOT analysis for each BYD model;
- Create competitor analyses, product positioning analysis and frequently update product incentives.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sustainable Transition, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Product management, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Oral/written fluency in English is mandatory, Chinese Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to translate commercial complex challenges into simple solutions;
- Good reporting and planning skills;
- Structured, process- and problem-solving oriented;
- Analytical, curious and proactive mindset;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good project leadership, able to challenge work pressure;
- Willing to travel regularly
- Valid driving license B or equivalent driving license for passenger cars.
