We are looking for a After-Sales Assistant to be part of our After sales team, based in Hounslow BYD London Office.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in handling various daily tasks of the UK after-sales team.
- Assist in the daily shipment of spare parts to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Support project managers in resolving on-site issues.
- Assist in arranging and managing business travel for the after-sales team, including transportation and accommodation.
- Submit and manage internal processes required by the company in daily work.
- Identify and maintain local service provider resources in the UK.
- Book third-party training courses to ensure continuous skill improvement for the team.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including training and related procedures.
- Manage after-sales engineers' vehicles, including maintenance, servicing, and usage records.
- Check and record engineers' overtime to ensure reasonable work arrangements.
- Work in the office, supporting the team's daily operations and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- Associate degree or above in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with after-sales service processes is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, able to communicate seamlessly with the local team and customers.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player, capable of adapting to a multicultural work environment.
- Problem-solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of financial management is an advantage.
- Has right-to-work in the UK.
