Business Support Specialist (Communications Specialist)
About the Department:
The MD Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director, provides comprehensive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient operation and smooth development of the company. Key responsibilities include communication coordination, document management, project support, information management, confidentiality handling, and special assignments.
Main responsibilities:
1. Information Dissemination:
- Collect, organize, and distribute various types of information within the organization to keep employees informed about company policies, procedures, activities, and major events.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, news briefs, announcements, etc., to keep employees updated and engaged with company developments.
- Organize and plan corporate culture activities such as team-building events, employee training, company celebrations, etc., to enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion.
- Promote the dissemination of the company's core values and foster a positive corporate culture.
- Maintain and enhance the company's image among employees, ensuring internal and external brand consistency.
- Promote the corporate brand and culture through various channels such as internal publications, bulletin boards, and emails.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, and promptly relay employee feedback and suggestions.
- Assist in handling employee care matters, pay attention to employees' work status and needs, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Plan and organize internal meetings, training sessions, lectures, recreational activities, etc., to increase employee engagement and cohesion.
- Handle the promotion and reporting of these events to ensure their smooth execution and achievement of expected outcomes.
- Write various promotional articles, news releases, speeches for leaders, etc., ensuring the quality and appeal of promotional content.
- Design and produce internal promotional materials such as posters, videos, brochures, etc.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing data support and improvement suggestions.
- Regularly report on internal communication work outcomes to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
- Proficiency in video editing and poster design.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in designing promotional materials and using design software.
