As Sales Assistant you will be responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for Commercial Vehicle in Nordic market. You will work cross functionally and closely support Regional Sales Manager.
As a Sales Assistant, you will
- Closely support Sales Order and Tender Offer preparation by identifying customer requirements and securing solutions, for example, product technical specifications, pricing;
- To prepare these specifications you will coordinate & gather information from R&D. After-Sales and Legal departments in Europe as well as BYD HQ in Shenzhen;
- Collect market information via various sources and channels and identify right clients and market opportunities within Nordic region;
- Prepare monthly report to the Sales Manager about the progress of sales/projects/orders and problems with proposed solutions;
- Create and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database;
- Process payments of invoices, keep records.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with retail partners and the sales team.
- Analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
