Main Mission: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing BYD's social media strategy, with a focus on enhancing online presence, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
• Develop an overall social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the social media landscape to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Content Management:
• Create, edit, and publish compelling and engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communication, and design teams to develop high-quality visual and written content.
Competitive Monitoring:
• Monitor competitors' activities on social media and recommend strategic adjustments accordingly.
Community Management:
• Interact with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive relationship with customers and fans.
Performance Analysis:
• Use analytics tools to track social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Partnerships and Influencers:
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers in the automotive and renewable energy sectors.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive or clean technology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creativity and innovation mindset.
