About the department:
BYD EUROPE BV is currently looking for a Sales Specialist for the BYD Passenger Car Division in Europe. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales support to sales managers as well as dealers mainly in Benelux market. He/she will be based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing and payment procedure follow-up with local sales partners in Benelux primarily in coordination with supply chain and finance departments;
- Playing pivotal role in between supply chain and local partners for tracking order to delivery performance of vehicles;
- Maintaining a regular feedback process between relevant internal and external counterparts for supporting continuous improvement culture for all stakeholders;
- Supporting country manager for other regular and/or ad-hoc reports;
- Other ad-hoc administration tasks related to sales and ordering operations.
Main requirements:
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus;
- Highly analytical, strong numeric abilities;
- Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Power BI as a user
- Good communication skills and emphatic to the challenges of other counterparts
- Always positive attitude and self motivated
- 2 years professional experience from a reputable company (international company background is a plus)
