About the Department:
EU CV Aftersales team is responsible for EU tenders preparation and management from the aftersales perspective, including warranty, LCC, full service quotation and finance date analysis.
As the Tender Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our aftersales tender processes.
You will be responsible for:
Communication and Collaboration:
- Acting as the primary liaison between the tender department and other internal departments, fostering smooth communication and information flow.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers, finance, and legal teams, to gather and analyze information relevant to tenders.
- Clearly communicating tender requirements and timelines to internal departments.
Tender Process Management:
- Assisting in the preparation and processing of tender documents, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal regulations.
- Participating in the tender evaluation process, collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to pricing, feasibility, and risk assessment.
- Monitoring tender deadlines and proactively managing any potential delays or issues.
Administrative Support:
- Effectively responding to information inquiries from other departments regarding aftersales tender information.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks assigned by the team leader.
- This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- While not mandatory, prior experience in the automotive industry and/or with managing tenders would be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must speak English and Chinese; another European language would be a plus.
