About the Department:
The number of big customers is growing, and this special kind of customer needs a dedicated function to follow up all the processes during the contract life.
AS department needs to create the right feeling with those customers showing them that the specialist is dedicated to them. This will also better protect BYD from issues during the contract execution.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Manage all the customer needs;
- Organize the customer follow-up;
- Managing the customer meetings;
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable reports;
- Helping with timely bank payments check;
- Manage single contract balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
- Managing the issues with the customers defending the company's rights;
- Audit the penalty when occurs;
- Reinforce customer confidentiality in case of issues;
- Checking compliance with the contract obligations and company's policies and regulations.
Your profile:
- High school diploma or above;
- Relevant experience in Customer care and Contract management. Experienced people will be preferred;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English. Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
- Team leader ability.
