About the Department:
The AS department within BYD Europe is responsible for maintenance jobs on the existing more than 200 ebuses in Italy which will be more than 400 before the end of this year.
The main objective of the AS department is to contribute to customer satisfaction and strong maintenance contract management.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Undertake and assist with post-sales operational issues (e.g. technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance);
- Check and collect feedback on the technical documentation (e.g. manuals, diagnostic diagrams, etc.);
- Take a lead role in providing technical solutions for highly sensitive topics;
- Help Authorized Workshops implement technical updates and activity campaigns;
• Create FMEA / D-FMEA reports, help improve products together with R&D and QA teams.
Support team management
- Supervise diagnostic tools, special equipment and spare parts in current use at authorized workshops;
- Collaborate with authorized workshops to provide our customers with excellent capabilities and quality of service.
Relationship with the customer
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers;
- Schedule account and operational meetings with customers;
- Management of customer requests and complaints.
Your profile:
- Engineer degree or above;
- Relevant experience in Maintenance is a plus. Fresh graduates will be preferred;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English. Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
