Job Title: Event Coordinator
Department: Marketing and Communication
Main Mission: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events related to the promotion of BYD electric vehicles, aiming to enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination:
• Develop detailed plans for events, taking into account marketing and communication objectives.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including space reservation, vendor management, and staff coordination.
- Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Internal Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, communication, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messages and objectives.
- Pre-Event Promotion:
• Implement pre-event promotion strategies to maximize participation and impact.
- Day-of-Event Coordination:
• Supervise setup, manage guests, and ensure the smooth running of the event on the day.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, assess results against set objectives, and provide post-event reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in event management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in the automotive or clean technology industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and ability to quickly problem-solve.
