As Training Operation Manager you will:
- Responsible for preparing and setting up training center venues, ensuring that the facilities are adequate, meet the training requirements, and maintain a good working environment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of the training center on a daily basis, including but not limited to equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and supply management.
- Manage the schedule of the training center to ensure the smooth conduct of various activities.
- Responsible for communication and coordination between training instructors and trainees, providing necessary support and assistance to ensure the smooth progress of training courses.
- Coordinate to get training vehicles and Maintain the equipment and facilities of the training center, promptly handling equipment failures or damages, and conducting regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing safety management systems for the training center to ensure safety and orderliness of the training venue.
- Assist in developing training course plans and preparing teaching materials, and collaborate with training instructors to prepare and adjust course content.
- Timely respond to the needs and issues of trainees and instructors, provide professional solutions and service support, and ensure the smooth conduct of training activities.
- Continuously optimize the operation processes and management systems of the training center, enhancing the quality and efficiency of training services.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Your profile:
- More than 5 years working experience; relevant working experience more than 3 years.
- Excellent English language skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Willing to travel among Europe market and China.
