Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager is responsible for providing the best training experience to participants and establish the training systematic process, which includes the team building and empowering each participant among dealer partners and internal team members.

As Training Manager you will:

  • Work closely with the relevant teams at the group headquarters to build a European after-sales training system and team.
  • Establish a European training center, develop and maintain local training partners, formulate dealer training management specifications and requirements, develop and implement various training project activities and skills competitions.
  • Formulate annual training budget, output training operation reports, and continuously improve training operations.
  • Commercial vehicle tender support, training plan and quotation submission support, development and management of local training service providers.
  • Develop various training courses, including but not limited to E-learning courses, product launch and delivery training, level training, special coaching training and other customer-customized training to meet market training needs, and regularly update and maintain course content.
  • Teach various training courses, including but not limited to remote training, face-to-face training, live broadcast training, supplier certification training and continuous improvement of training experience.
  • Develop a complete plan for internal employee training and various training projects, regularly communicate and collect internal training needs, regularly output training execution plans, develop and implement various internal employee training, and promote the learning and development of internal talents.
  • Continuously learn product and technical knowledge to meet work needs, participate in and pass European local relevant work qualification training certification, and support the resolution of regional technical difficulties as needed.
  • Establish and manage training records, collect training feedback, formulate and implement training improvement plans.
  • Responsible for the implementation and management of the training learning management system in different businesses, feedback and data maintenance, and improving the system usage experience.
  • Complete other work assigned by the leader.

Your profile:

  • 10 years of working experience.
  • More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills.
  • Willing to travel among Europe and China.
