Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of After-sales Center in handling after-sales inquiries and issues from dealers and partners, actively maintain relationships, and ensure timely and efficient resolution of various after-sales matters. This includes assisting in feedback analysis, identifying trends, and providing improvement suggestions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales teams, prepare and submit after-sales performance reports, provide regular updates to the Head of After-sales, and assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve key performance indicators.
- Organize daily meetings for the Head of After-sales, ensuring effective communication and agenda execution, and adapt to frequent meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate regular visits to dealers and partners as part of the Head of After-sales' plan, assisting in on-site operational evaluations.
- Actively participate in supervising major projects within the after-sales department, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Provide administrative support, prepare reports, presentations, and documents for significant projects and routine business.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure effective resolution of internal communication and coordination issues.
- Serve as a liaison between the after-sales team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and project execution.
- Contribute to strategic planning, providing suggestions for continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for International Trade, Business Management, Service Engineering, or related majors.
- Excellent English and Mandarin language skills are required.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills to effectively handle after-sales inquiries and issues from dealers and partners.
- Proactive work attitude, ability to adapt to frequent meetings and travel arrangements.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in after-sales services, familiarity with after-sales business processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, assisting in feedback analysis and providing effective improvement suggestions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), experience in assisting in developing and implementing improvement strategies for indicators.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of organizing and coordinating daily meetings and dealer visit plans.
- Experience in supervising and driving major projects, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Proficient in using office software, providing administrative support, preparing reports, presentations and documents.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-departmental teams and resolve internal communication and coordination issues.
- Strategic planning mindset, providing suggestions for continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
