About the department and role:
Office Management takes care of the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Office Management creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
The Technical Maintenance Employee is in charge of the workshop, office area facility maintenance, and repair. He/she reports to the operations manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Workshop/office area facility maintenance and repair;
- Support Company fleet management;
- Waste handling;
- Assistance in incoming shipments/receipt of goods/packaging (including vehicles uploading support at the port/terminals occasionally);
- Pick up/drop off colleagues to and from the airport;
- Follow the determined processes, safety, and environmental instructions;
- Report improvement opportunities in the organization, processes, and incidents via an improvement note.
Qualification and requirements:
- Valid European driving license: car, and bus/forklift preferred;
- Handyman skills – basic electrical, carpentry;
- Flexible in working hours;
- Proficient language skills in English. Dutch language skills would be considered a big plus.
